I’m Cari “MiX” Garafalo.

I like to pretend I’m an artist, but I really just do dedicated webhosting tech support for a living. I’m currently living in the Provo area of Utah, of the United States due to my current employment. We have a fascinatingly simple street address coordinate system here, so I guess it’s not so bad.

I am a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, where I was born one typical cloudy day in December of 1988. I’ve lived in numerous locations within the continental United States. My only formal training in the arts was at the Oakland School of the Arts, where I spent my Freshman year of High School studying Theater Design and Production. I have attended College at Utah Valley University but have put my studies on permanent hiatus due to lack of funds and interest.

Conventions I typically attend include:

• Anime Banzai (Layton, UT.)

I use Ubuntu Lucid Lynx, and am keen on Photoshop/ImageRready, openCanvas 4.5e, inkscape, Pencil, MyPaint, and I hope to add Flash to the list soon.
