Panel 1
Silver:

I am in no way impacted by these events, whatever they may be. Why would anyone concern themselves with something they have no part in?

Jasz:

Because other people have a part in it. Because it's affecting us to this day.

Silver:

It no longer affects you, does it?

Jasz:

Yes it does!

Silver:

Does it? Does it really?! No! It doesn't.

I saw you pass out earlier. I carried you. You did not awake on the mortal plane even once. This tells us that you likely will never go back, that your body is physically incapable of supporting your consciousness for one reason or another. This is nearly always absolute.
You
will
not
wake
up.

Jasz:

Wow, isn't that convenient. You just think I'll believe anything, don't you?

Silver:

No, it's not convenient. It's quite the opposite, in fact. I felt a fleeting responsibility to curb your astonishment, lest you be traumatized. A solumn disquietude, cursory albeit, but evident none the less.

Jasz:

Plain English, you big fat throbbing dreamcock!

Silver:

Some times it is best to omit some facts to spare one of unnecessary hardship.

You are stuck here, like it or not. If I were you, I would cease this foolishness. Abandon your end goal of waking up. Wishing for that is a fruitless venture. You would be foolish to do anything but acclimate yourself to life here, but after seeing even my sharpest of words recoil from the impact of your unimaginably thick scull, I can only assume you will bring this up until we have both long since turned to dust.

By all means, do as you wish.
Watch through the spyglass that is your interactions with the dreamers for all I care, but believe me when I say that doing so will only make you homesick.

Mate:

I swear to god, if you two don't shut up right now I'm going to have an aneurysm.
Just stop already. This is the worst dream ever. You two are horrible dream guides.
